Alloys

When two non-ferrous metals mix together, an alloy is formed.

Types of Alloys

  • Brass: This alloy is composed of 65% copper and 35% zinc.
  • Bronze: This alloy is made of 10% tin and 90% copper.
  • Duralumin: This alloy is made of 4% copper, 1% manganese, and 95-96% aluminum.
